Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following graduation, she joined Minneapolis Financial Group and initially coordinated contracting and licensing in our wholesale operation. From there, she transitioned to our recruiting department and, in 2006, she was appointed the director of the division. In 2017, Minneapolis Financial Group expanded significantly and began operating as MassMutual Central U.S. to encompass the vast territory. Stephanie transitioned to the Chief Operating Officer role and oversees all operations of the firm in 10 states.
Stephanie works with our Vice Presidents as they build their teams and strive to bring on-board some of the highest quality financial professionals in the Twin Cities, Duluth, Rochester, Fargo, Omaha, West Des Moines, the Quad Cities, and Reno. She holds her Minnesota Life, Accident and Health Insurance license, Series 6 and Series 63. Stephanie served on the board of the Twin Cities chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services from 2008 – 2013 and served as chapter President for the 2012 term.
Stephanie has been active outside of the office, having been a member of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders (MVC) for six seasons, as well as team captain for two seasons. She was voted Most Valuable Cheerleader in 2006 and was selected to represent the MVC at the 2007 Pro Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was an MVC All Stars head coach for four seasons and in 2012 was named as a National Top 5 Coach of the Year for DX Americup. Stephanie co-coached the MVC Prep Classes for women preparing to audition for the upcoming seasons from 2011 – 2019. Stephanie grew up in Maple Grove, MN where she currently resides with her husband, Mickey, and their sons, Dominic, William, Henry and Vincent
